These terms apply to your use of this website and to enrolment in courses at CWC Academy (“CWC”, “we”, “us”), Door no 410, Nilgiri Block, Aditya Enclave Building, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
1. About these terms
By using this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If a student is under 18, the parent or guardian who enrols them accepts these terms on the student’s behalf. Any specific terms given to you in writing at admission, such as a fee schedule, form part of these terms and take priority if they differ.
2. Admission and enrolment
- Submitting an enquiry through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp does not confirm a seat. Admission is confirmed only when we accept the admission and the applicable fee is paid.
- Information given at admission must be accurate and complete. Please tell us promptly if contact details change.
- Batch sizes are limited. We may decline or defer an admission, for example when a batch is full.
3. Fees and refunds
- Course fees, instalment dates and payment methods are communicated at the time of admission. Fees must be paid by the dates agreed.
- We may pause access to classes, tests or material if fees remain unpaid after the due date.
- Refunds, if any, are given only as set out in the fee terms shared with you at admission. Where no refund terms are stated, fees paid are not refundable.
- Fees for a batch that has not yet started may be revised; fees already agreed for a running batch will not be increased.
4. Classes, tests and schedules
- We will try to run classes as scheduled. We may change timings, faculty, venue or mode (in person or online) where needed, and will tell you as early as we can.
- Classes cancelled by us will be rescheduled or made up.
- Online tests, practice sessions and doubt-clearing are provided as part of the course for enrolled students and are not transferable.
5. Conduct and attendance
- Students are expected to attend regularly, arrive on time and be respectful to faculty, staff and fellow students.
- Disruptive behaviour, harassment, damage to property or malpractice in tests may lead to suspension or cancellation of admission, without a refund of fees.
- Students are responsible for their own belongings on the premises.
6. Study material and intellectual property
Notes, worksheets, test papers, videos and other material provided by CWC are for the enrolled student’s personal study only. They may not be copied, shared, sold, uploaded or recorded without our written permission. The CWC Academy name, logo and website content belong to us.
7. Results
We teach with care and a concept-first approach, but results in board and competitive exams such as JEE, IOQM, NEET, IIT JAM and UPSC depend on many factors, including the student’s own effort. We do not guarantee any rank, score, selection or admission.
8. Use of this website
- Content on this website is for general information. Course details, schedules and fees may change; please confirm them with us before enrolling.
- Some photographs on this site are representative and may not show actual CWC students or classrooms.
- You agree not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access.
- Links to other websites, such as WhatsApp or Google Maps, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CWC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our courses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the fees paid for that course.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. We encourage you to speak to us first; most concerns can be resolved directly.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
